At Vintage Craze, each piece in our collection is a unique, one-of-a-kind vintage treasure. Due to the distinctive nature of our items, we maintain the following policy:
No Returns All sales are final. We do not accept returns on vintage items.
Exchanges & Store Credit We understand that issues can occasionally arise. If you receive an item that is significantly different from its description or arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We require photographic proof of any damage or discrepancy.
Upon verification, we will offer:
- Exchange for another item of equal value (subject to availability)
- Store credit for the full purchase price
How to Report an Issue Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue or damage
- A brief description of the concern
We will review your claim and respond promptly with next steps.
Item Condition All items are vintage and may show signs of age and previous use. We carefully photograph and describe each piece, noting any imperfections. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
