Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
Processing Time Orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times All shipments include tracking and are sent via express service:
- Within Canada: 3-8 business days (depending on location)
- International: 3-10 business days (depending on destination)
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Packaging We take great care in packaging our vintage treasures. Each item is carefully wrapped and secured to ensure safe delivery. Fragile items receive extra protection.
Shipping Locations We ship internationally from Westbank, British Columbia, Canada.
Damaged in Transit If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to arrange an exchange or store credit.
Lost Packages If your tracked package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local postal service first. We're happy to assist with any inquiries.
